went out for Exercise on 17may, that is sat with dawn.
we went running in toa payoh stadium. ran 4 rounds! :)
and i swim 20 laps! :) LOL!
*a sense of achivement! :)

then after all exercises, went to eat at Novena [:

i just saw the updated news of Sichuan's Earthquake on TVBjade just now.
and even the students are taking out their own pocket money to donate for the people in SiChuan.
The primary school kids who donated money made their speech and it is super touching.
really.
so please donate to people in Sichuan!

now TVBjade is doing a special for the Sichuan Earthquake and i couldnt hold back my tears.
seeing those kids becoming orphan, crying to answer that their parents are dead.
i really cried a lot when the Children misses their family members.
luckily they have food supplies there. and sincerely hope that more donations would come in and help them.
