Hello everyone!
Updating my blog at such unearthly hour again but what's new right. *inserts the smirk emoji*
and i'm down with throat infection once again, because of the fried, BBQ, grilled and whatever unhealthy method of cooking for food contributes to this. and i hate to drink - Plain water. SIGH. Gonna replenish myself with lots of herbal tea from now onwards. I'm such an unhealthy girl, but healthy food doesn't taste nice, so you can't blame me for choosing one over the other.
There's 2 main purpose for this blog post. Beginning from this: My 21st birthday.
I realized I did not blog about my 21st birthday because it's way too many things to be done. I've a large files of photos, like really LARGE, im too lazy to update them all one by one and so...... i've uploaded on facebook, thus tag yourself there! hehe. im sorry, one of my trait lies in that that I'm a super lazy girl. #canthelp

I guess majority of us when we reached 21, we deemed it as an important event and we tend to spend all efforts to make it really good. To me, what I am always worried about was the people whom i've invited. Because to be honest, I always felt a little awkward attending birthday parties because there will always be different cliques around and you don't talk to people you don't know. With that, as the host, you can't be with all of them because you will be running around most of the time. Thus, I really hope my guests enjoyed themselves, well in terms of meeting their friends back again! It's always the gatherings that people enjoyed. All the #throwback moments and memories back in school days.
I sincerely thank every single one of my guests who took time off the busy schedule and attend my 21st! Really grateful and thankful! It's so funny now because the next time when we get to meet all the different people will be like what?..... My future wedding i think. LOL hey! but it's true. lol

Why am I blogging about this? I've read up a lot of good reviews on My Lovebites but have yet to try them till we visited Joo Chiat the other time. We went into the shop and was pleasantly greeted by the staff there (I really love friendly greetings!) I wanted to walk around and take a look at the different flavours but the staff invited us to just sit down and she will serve the different cookies which are available in the store.
She patiently and generously invited us to try the different flavours of cookies within the little jars that were placed on the table. Since I'm sure I wanted to try out the Earl grey tea and almond, I asked for that and no doubt, that was my first choice. I really love this special combination! Since I'm already here, I didn't wanna go home with just one pack of cookies so..... I tried a few of other flavours but the salted caramel won over my heart.
The thing about these cookies is that.... YOU CAN'T STOP MUNCHING THEM.
no wonder that had a sticker pasted on the packaging "In case of cravings.....", I'm not lying, these are probably the best cookies i've ever tasted. Fell in love with just the first bite.
I deemed it the best because I do not get sick of this cookies nor I will get thirsty from eating them. I've eaten other cookies and I'm not afraid I will finished the entire packet because eventually I will get sick or thirsty of it then that will stop me from eating them. But I totally failed that stage for My lovebites cookies. I just kept eating them despite just finishing a hot pot dinner that day! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT,
And also, plus points for the packaging and paper bag! I walked home happily with these pretty packaging as well! hehe
I FINISHED BOTH PACKS OF COOKIES WITHIN 2 DAYS.
